uBody is a subscription service that cost R7/day and by subscribing to this service you confirm that you are 18+ or have the permission of the bill payer to do so.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions of the service you confirm that you are aware of the cost of the service and that your number has been made available to SMP Services - FZCO for all purposes related to this subscription services.

Your subscription to uBody service will be renewed automatically as per your subscription plan, until you stop the service.

Content is available until you unsubscribe by sending an SMS uBody off to 31009 or contact support number on 0861131009 standard call rates apply. Email: hello@ubody.fit.

Network+WAP fees may apply and all prices include VAT.

Our service may or may not work on every Handset, Laptop, Desktop or Electronic Device capable of displaying the content.

This service must only be used with the permission of the bill-payer and must only be used with the permission of a parent or a guardian, if underaged.

You agree that we may use your mobile telephone number to provide promotional messages in the future, marketing and publicity material to you or any other person using your mobile telephone number through mobile services. You acknowledge the promotional messages may include offers to purchase services for a fee, including services that may be charged at premium rates.

Please, make sure you keep your credentials SMS, as this message contains relevant information in order to give you access to our service.

uBody and/or za.ubody.fit must not be used:

(i) to intentionally engage in illegal conduct

(ii) to knowingly create, store or disseminate any illegal content

(iii) to knowingly infringe copyright

(iv) to knowingly infringe any intellectual property rights, or

(v) to send spam or promote the sending of spam.

uBody and/or za.ubody.fit has the right to suspend or terminate the services of any customer who does not comply with these terms and conditions or any other related contractual obligations.

uBody and/or za.ubody.fit has the right to take down any content (hosted as part of the service) that it considers illegal or for which it has received a take-down notice.

SMP Services - FZCO is a member of WASPA and is bound by the WASPA Code of Conduct. Customers have the right to approach WASPA to lodge a complaint in accordance with the WASPA complaints procedure. SMP Services - FZCO may be required to share information relating to a service or a customer with WASPA for the purpose of resolving a complaint. WASPA website: www.waspa.org.za
