This User Agreement (the Agreement) governs the relationship between the Service Owner (the uBody), on the one hand, and the Service User (the User).

By using the uBody service, the User agrees to this agreement if the User does not agree with the provisions of this agreement, the User advised not to use the uBody service.

Only paid registration services are available to uBody adult citizens or non-residents who have purchased mobile services.

uBody is a paid registration service. The service fee is 9.99 rand per day.

An SMS notification about the extension of the connection service is automatically sent to the user number. Sign the contract and subscription terms are updated every seven days and the new sign-up current subscription fee must be paid within the set deadline. Entering into a distance contract is valid until suspended or terminated by the purchaser of the services or uBody.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract at any time:

Access to the uBody service is provided to the user only through an active sign-in service. By using the uBody service, the User agrees to the terms of this agreement:

User using the uBody tax registration service voluntarily and at your own risk.

If the User refuses the service (terminates) the registration service for unknown reasons, uBody will not refund any funds.

uBody assumes no legal or material liability for loss or damage (including direct, incidental or consequential damages), loss of profits and other risks, even if uBody has been warned of the possibility of such damage).

The user assumes all risks associated with the uBody fee for using the registration service, the User agrees and accepts that the materials provided to anyone will never be used for commercial or other purposes for any benefit.

If, for any unknown reason (including force majeure), the Service does not function as it should, uBody reserves the right to suspend or detain the Service until the situation is remedied.

The User agrees that by temporarily suspending his access to the Website Services with any violations, uBody has the right to deny the Subscriber access to the Service Materials in the future (login renewal option).

If the User refuses (terminates) the service for unknown reasons Signing This set of conditions is considered a party to the provisions of a mutually concluded remote public service contract, which are not stored, but which have a form of receipt before providing information.
